1 on 1 Coaching

This is will be considered as a partnership where we will be working together. Our work will be identifying and eliminating the stops and hurdles that are getting in your way.

Sessions are 45-60 minutes long, held virtually or via phone, and occur 2x per month.  

Our first session is designed to identify your goals, roadblocks, and any trauma you may be facing to provide you with realistic steps to become a better version of yourself. My goal is to help you embrace your flaws and empower you to see your greatest potential. The first session is about 45-60 minutes.

What you will get out of this program:

- Bi-weekly 60 minute one on one sessions (You’ll receive 2 calls a month. On the last call of each month we will discuss what happen after the first call of the month to see if we need to make any adjustments.)

- A personalized plan

- Accountability Homework

Coaching Contract Details

Typically 6-12 months, although they can also be ongoing. I do not offer 1:1 packages that are less than a 6-month commitment. My reasoning for this is actually backed by science. On average it takes most people 66 days to form a new habit. So the first 2 months of coaching are about breaking down old habits and building new ones to support you in achieving your goals. From there, the following months are dedicated to holding you to your new habits even when those old ones you loved so much for most of your life insist on making a return. In our last month of a contract we then get to tie up any loose ends, celebrate, and establish what is next.
